This September, Meridien Modena had the pleasure of hosting our exclusive Scottish Driving Tour - an unforgettable adventure that showcased a stunning lineup of Ferrari models, including the Roma Spider, 12Cilindri, 812 GTS, 458 Spider, 488 Pista Spider, 296 GTB, 458 Speciale Aperta, Portofino M, and the Roma.
Our journey began at the iconic Gleneagles in Auchterarder, where guests enjoyed the world-class spa facilities before gathering for a relaxed evening and dinner in the elegant Parlour Room.
An early start the next morning marked the beginning of our scenic drive through Scotland. Our first leg took us along a picturesque route to the Whispering Pine Lodge, a charming lakeside retreat where we paused for a delicious lunch. From there, the group continued to Inverness for our second night, staying at the refined Ness Walk Hotel. Guests were treated to a whisky tasting experience, followed by dinner in the sophisticated Riverbank Room.
The following morning, we set off for our next destination - St Andrews. En route, we stopped for a memorable experience at Huntly Falconry, where guests interacted with magnificent birds of prey, including eagles and owls. This was followed by a delightful lunch at Thainstone House, a beautiful estate known for its exquisite local cuisine.
Our journey continued through the rolling hills and open roads of the Scottish countryside, arriving at the luxurious Fairmont Hotel in St Andrews. Set on a 520-acre coastal estate, this upscale golf resort provided the perfect setting for our final night. Guests dined in the stunning James Graham Suite, enjoying a gourmet meal that offered a fitting end to the adventure.
On the final morning, guests enjoyed a peaceful start to the day, making the most of the hotel’s exceptional facilities before departing for home.
As the tour concluded, we reflected on the incredible memories created over the course of the journey. From winding drives through dramatic landscapes to the camaraderie shared among fellow Ferrari enthusiasts. It was truly a celebration of driving passion and the Ferrari lifestyle!
