Meridien Modena is looking for a full-time service advisor.
We require a passionate, customer-focused individual to join our service team. If you are an experienced service advisor of outstanding ability and have previously worked with an Italian brand/prestige brand. An opportunity has arisen to join our team. Product training is offered together with a superb employment package. Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 17.30. Saturday – every other.
Service advisor responsibilities include:
• Making appointments, processing repair orders, quotes and invoices
• Providing customer support via phone and face-to-face at the service department
• Qualifying customer problems and logging them for technicians to review
• Ensuring customer approval for all remedial work to be carried out
• Promoting our range of vehicle parts and accessories
• Internal coordination of service work to adhere to commitments made to customers
• Estimating costs and time for work to be carried out, and maintaining customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of the vehicle
